Melanie graduated from La Trobe University in 2005, with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and has been working in Hand Therapy for over 10 years. She has been based in a busy Melbourne public hospital, as well as 5 concurrent years in private practice, for a well respected sports medicine clinic.

Her experience has included working with Plastic Surgery, Orthopaedics, Rheumatology & Neuro Surgery units, with a range of acute and chronic conditions of the upper limb. She has enjoyed working with state and national level athletes, to help them recover and return to sport as quickly as possible.

Melanie also has an interest in working with expectant and new mums around prevention and treatment of De Quervain’s and carpal tunnel syndrome.
