I was very happy with all aspects. I tried a few places to treat my tennis elbow, but this is by far the best. Terri was exceptional and provided a thorough assessment and plan for recovery, addressing all my concerns.
Everyone at Melbourne Hand Therapy has been kind and helpful (this includes the invaluable admin staff). Even when I’m melting down or feel entirely overwhelmed and hopeless, they have been kind and compassionate. I greatly appreciate that they’re more than willing to deal with complexity, my length of issues and work through solutions without any blame or judgement when I struggle to follow through. Definitely recommend.
It was my first visit to Melbourne Hand Therapy. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, took time to explain the process regarding my thumb problem. I’m very happy with the service received. Would definitely recommend them 😊
I would highly recommend Jamie, my hand therapist, who woks at the private hospital located at Latrobe University. I found him to be very personable as well as professionand. He also demonstratod a great deal of skill in the splint that he made for my hand, and alongside the exercise regime that he developed for me, my hand has been healing nicely. It's still a work in progress , but i'm confident with Jamie's guidance that the issue will completely resolve itself.
I saw Morgan at Ringwood East after having hand surgery and she was fantastic. Really good people skills and got my hand moving more than I thought it would two weeks after skin grafts. I saw Dominic the week before and he was great as well. The one thing I would say though is that some of the therapists are Physio’s and some are occupational therapists. This can make a big difference depending on your health insurance, I imagine most people like myself may have cover for physio but are unlikely to have cover for occupational therapy. If this is you I’d suggest asking for someone such as Dominic who is a physio otherwise the bill can start to add up.
Kate Rayner was a perfect hand therapist. Knowledge, friendly and funny. We couldn't imagine a better therapist. My daughter said she would gladly break her finger to see her again!!
After receiving sub standard care elsewhere I was referred to Andrew Cavello and his team to look after a hand injury. Thank you so much for looking after me. The receptionists and therapists are divine and Andrew has been amazing. Thank you !

I was so impressed by the friendly reception staff and the clean waiting room.We saw Kim who was so lovely went over options and explained step by step. And really good with my daughter!I’m so thankful how the appointment went today.
An extremely professional, courteous, efficient and empathetic customer experienceAll therapists (Jamie, Lucy and Nikita) and support staff (Melanie and Sam) with whom I had contact are consummate professionals. Appointments were on time and reminders pleasant and helpful. Even when there was a “building problem” at Box Hill, a change of venue and therapist was arranged seamlessly at at no inconvenience to me.Highly recommended!
I am so grateful my GP suggested I check out Melbourne Hand Therapy Boronia where I met Veryn. She was very quick to identify my issues and put me on the right rehab path from the very first session. I have had 2 sessions now with Veryn and I can already feel the improvement. She explained the condition, the exercises and a way forward very clearly. Veryn is very knowledgeable, warm and supportive - thanks to her my optimism has returned. Highly recommend

Meeting with Emeline was a most enjoyable and productive experience. Immediately I became aware Emeline was most knowledgeable and experienced, as well as being friendly and professional. She detailed exercises for me which were most focussed and appropriate, and have achieved excellent results in a comparatively short period of time. I would recommend this business, and in particular Emeline to any prospective patient.Michael J Glinski

I’ve been struggling with a shoulder injury since December 2020 and was referred by the doctor to have scans done and nothing showed so I wasn’t sure how to proceed. Eventually, I was recommended to Melbourne Hand Therapy to see Cherie who was able to promptly diagnose exactly what was wrong (Anterior Instability), and start me on rehab to help resolve the issue, which has improved my shoulder strength drastically. The staff are very professional, talented and friendly. I highly recommend to anyone who has issues with hands, wrists, elbows or shoulders and need help.

After researching where to go, with a long time injury, I came here, GP Referral to a hand specialist, which then ended up here seeing Kate Rayner. From the first contact with Kate and my visits being 4 so far in 6 weeks. I honesty can say the care and experience, knowledge and her understanding, that I have had, has been exceptional.
